We live in a multitasking and stressful busy life. The external world and not having enough, compete with one another, wealth, known as intelligent have taken away our inner peace and liberation of heart. As a result, there is a chronic epidemic unhappiness and stress experienced in our society that has disconnected us from our sense perception in the body, our spiritual being, the environment around us, compassion and at large not belonging. Decades of neuroscience research has proven that mindfulness programs have been helpful to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. Mindfulness meshes the western belief of medicine with Eastern philosophy of spirituality and healing. Bringing genuine understanding of how to transform pain and suffering to the place of energy and wisdom, balance, understanding, and greater compassion. Mindfulness walking and mindfulness eating practices helps us to be truly present here and now. Mind and body together and stops us from travelling in the past and future and helps improvement in sustainable attention Through mindful living for everyday life we are learning to artfully face any difficulties in a way that mobilizes us. The Eight Week Mindful Living for Everyday Life sessions helps us simply, step by step, to arrive at the present moment and feel our livelihood with openness and clarity, and reflecting on our own goodness.

Learning how life is experiential and discover and develop methods to stay in relationship with all of our experiences as it unfolds at each moment. Being able to transform our experiences to the place of wisdom and harmony. Each experience can be taken to the spacious of awareness as it is with compassion, intentional focus using breath to anchor us in the present moment. I also offer a 30 lessons that can be offered at each day to not only keep our attention focused also helps to continue our shift of consciousness at each moment and feeling our presence without any conditioning with total openness and beginners mind.
