In minful yoga movement we practice series of a very gentle body stretches with full intentional attention to all region in the body involved without any striving. We are becoming aware of our body, body sensation, and the areas in body which engaged to hold the posture in each particular yoga pose, while we anchor to our breath. Understand our pleasant and unpleasant sensations as we hold the pose. Becoming consciously aware of body discomfort, body resistance, with total unity of mind and body moving together. Flowing from one posture to the next. In mindful Yoga practice we ride on the waves and flows of our breath as we embracing the pose, without stretching beyond our limit. Yoga is more about awakening our body through some gentle movement rather than put ourselves into competition. The mindful Yoga practice is less about our external look than internal relationship with gravity, body, body sensations, tuning in to each region of our body systematically.
