Maryam has led her Mindfulness Meditation series here at the Active Living Centre for over 4 years. Students each session sign up to be able to learn the techniques she teaches in class a then apply them to their daily lives; how and when they see fit. Maryam’s classes are always full of people who appreciate all that they learn from her and are held 4 times a year due to continual interest in the program. As an instructor Maryam is great to work with, gives excellent feedback to staff about membership, and has been wonderful to work with.
